Connect to Collaborate!

On Friday, October 11, 2024, Lyrid had the pleasure of hosting "Your Tech Matters: Connect to Collaborate", an engaging and insightful networking event, in collaboration with ABGDST— a thriving community of business owners and entrepreneurs from Alam Sutera, BSD, Gading Serpong, and surrounding areas. The event took place at SAS Bistro and attracted a dynamic group of around 25 participants, all eager to connect, collaborate, and discuss the future of digital transformation.

Our partners for the evening, who contributed to the event’s success, included prominent companies such as PT Rapier Technology International, Biznet Gio Cloud, PT Kirana Sakti Komputindo, Shiraz Design, s.id, Garis Temu, and SAS Bistro. Their support was instrumental in creating a welcoming and well-rounded experience for everyone involved.

Unlike some of our previous events, this edition of Your Tech Matters had a more relaxed, informal format. The focus was on fostering personal connections and building new professional relationships. Attendees had ample opportunity to mingle, exchange ideas, and discuss potential collaborations. The energy in the room was palpable, with participants eager to expand their networks and engage with like-minded individuals from diverse industries. The more casual setting encouraged meaningful conversations, which many attendees found refreshing compared to more structured or formal events.

One of the key highlights of the evening was an open, interactive discussion on digitalization. The topic, “Digitalization”, “Is It Necessary for All Sectors?”, sparked lively debates and reflections on the various challenges businesses face when undergoing digital transformation. Attendees explored whether digitalization is a universal necessity and shared personal experiences on navigating the complexities of integrating new technologies into their operations.

The conversation was particularly valuable because it provided a platform for attendees to gain insights from different industries and perspectives, learning how others are addressing digital challenges. As the discussions unfolded, participants were treated to a delicious dinner prepared by SAS Bistro, which added to the informal and friendly nature of the evening. To make the evening even more exciting, we had a few surprises lined up for our guests. Special merchandise was given to the first five attendees who arrived early. Later in the night, we also held a fun door prize giveaway, where lucky participants won prizes using a digital wheel spin courtesy of 321.id. These elements added an extra layer of excitement and engagement to the event, ensuring that everyone left with something memorable.

As the event drew to a close, we gathered for a group photo to capture the spirit of the evening and commemorate the connections made. Before attendees left, we handed out souvenirs as a token of our appreciation for their participation.
